I have a topic on my pc (Divi) and i would like to make a web page with it. I established an account on [wordpress.com](https://wordpress.com) but i cant upload it except i purchase the enterprise membership. Is there a way of producing a web-site with the divi topic without the need of obtaining the subscription? I also already acquired the area and web hosting on my web site.
