by I would like to have a WordPress theme designed based mostly on the hooked up picture. I would like not to use Divi or any of the topic builders that I have to constantly shell out for. I have a tiny funds as this will be employed for a local address band I am in (we are just commencing out). So if everyone can steer me in the appropriate way that’d be magnificent! (Remember to don’t deliver me to Fiverr… the kinds on there that offer you solutions are possibly astronomical in selling price or so cheap they won’t be able to present a legit product or service. Most just want to set up WordPress themes… I do not require that, I want a them to layout).
