Is there a way to place a wordpress topic that’s on github, onto the main wordpress.org themes:

But, do to this situation I presently won’t be able to:

Due to the fact it is really open up source maybe a mirror or a little something can be set up to clone Nebula’s github repo, so that it can be positioned with the rest of the wordpress themes? I am not positive if the builders of Nebula would enable this however?
