Concern with pill on Newspaper X Topic

I am acquiring this odd issue which puzzles me really a great deal, and I never know how to address. In the Tag Div Composer of an set up which works by using the Newspaper X topic I am looking at a preview of what the site ought to glance like on tablets, and it all seems to be wonderful and arranged. Nonetheless when I visit the internet site from an real tablet unit it seems all broken nothing at all like the preview by itself. Some elements are lacking entirely when other folks are misplaced.
